Service Description
This class is dedicated to those who are currently competing in competitions or who want to. The assumption is the student has the skills, abilities, and instructor permission. Katas learned in this class are to be practiced at home, not during regular class time. Sparing techniques can be used during regular class time. This is a 2 hour class that is devoted to improving skills and techniques. This class is intended to push the individual to peek physical performance, pick-a-part and build techniques that will help the individual in competition, This class has three distinct parts; physical conditioning, kata, and kumite. We will compete in kata and kumite against individuals in hopes to practice our teammates up.
