Service Description

The primary goal of this class is for students to work on their Kihon, Kata, Self-Defense, and Kumite. This class also allows the student to increase their skill, make up a missed class, prepare for belt testing or competition. The class includes warmups, Kihon (basics), Kata, No Bunkai, Kumite or instructor's choice.
